Pro Athlete Program delivers group Strength & Conditioning support for dedicated athletes. We develop Strength, Power, Speed & Agility.


Strength training specific to footballers including common injury sites and optimised to translate to performance on the field.
Strength
Dynamic power and plyometric training to develop rate of force production. Variable resistance and jump land drills designed to maximise training stimulis.
Power
Speed training that focuses on accel, decel, top speed, and curved sprinting—helping athletes move faster, react quicker, and stay one step ahead of the competition.
Speed
Designed to complement sport training, each session builds efficient movement patterns that enhance performance while reducing injury risk.
Agility
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS (6:30-7:30pm)
